Refund policy

We are not able to offer refunds as each item is handmade to order, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item for store credit, or exchange your item for another within 14 days of your delivery date as long as your item meets all requirements and is approved. All items returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. Any items that have been inspected and do not meet the above criteria will not be approved for return/exchange. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees for the return.

Please specify on your invoice whether you are requesting a return or exchange. Make sure all pertinent information is included in your note if desiring an exchange (item, size, color). Please include the invoice with your return. 


Once the item(s) have been received and approved/denied, you will be notified and the return/exchange will be given if indicated. You will also be notified once the exchange has been sent.


All customizable items are not eligible for return or exchange.
